Check In Procedures:

See rules for documents needed. If you are a non-US Club team, you must have tournament insurance or CYSA approval to travel.

Teams will have the following Mandatory Team Credential Check In options (these are the only two options available):

1. Friday night 3/9/12 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Modesto Youth Soccer Association office located at 4459 Spyres Ave, Ste A Modesto Ca 95356

2. Saturday morning 3/10/12 from 7:30 am to 10:30 am at Ripon Soccer Complex Tournament Headquarters (U8 to U10 Fields 10A, 10B, 12A, 12B checkin at the Tournament Headquarters by field 10B/12A. U11 and older Fields 3 to 8 checkin at the Tournament Headquarters by field 7)

Teams that elect the Saturday morning check in must check in no later than 1 hour prior to their scheduled first game time. Failure to check in prior to 1 hour prior first game results in 1 pt deduction from scoring.

Our tournament utilizes Gotsoccer.com for tournament rosters and game cards. Each team is required to have its tournament roster updated on their Gotsoccer.com team account no later than Wednesday March 7th.

Each team is still required to provide its US Club, CYSA or AYSO player roster and player passes for check in as proof of player eligibility. Use of Gotsoccer.com for tournament administration doesn’t replace this requirement.

Teams must provide the following at the Team Credential Check In:

1. Official US Club Roster dated no earlier than March 1st
2. Current US Club player pass for each rostered player and at least one adult credentialed coach
3. US Club Registration/Membership form with original signatures
4. Properly signed loan player forms for each guest player

Non-US Club teams have slightly different requirements. See the tournament rules if this applies to your team. There is additional tournament insurance requirements for non-US Club teams. Contact Ajax Tourna ment Director immediately for details.

Unrestricted US Club sanctioned event (open to all US Club, CYSA and AYSO teams)

Under 8 to Under 10 will play 8 v 8. Roster maximum is 14.

Under 11 to Under 19 will play 11 v 11. Roster maximum is 18 for Under 11 to Under 15 and 22 for Under 16 and older.
